Beautiful eyes

Bright, sparkling eyes r your most shining asset , so look after them!Sleep, fresh air and exercise all help keep ur eyes clear & luminous. There r certain tips & exercise to keep r eyes bright .
TIPS : Study early in the morning rather than late night ; & try to give yourself a break of 15 min after every hour of study.
Probably u would be aware of this .... don't read in moving vehicles.Shifting vision can strain the eyes.
Crushed mint paste is great for dark circles.
Use warm tea bags on ur eyes if u wish to take a short break from ur book & chilled tea bags if u want to be up and about again.
A small pinch of salt inn tap water brightens dull eyes, bathe them by cupping the palm of ur hand.
EXERCISES : Looking straight at the minor make a circular movement with ur eyes first clockwise , then anticlockwise.Repeat this 8 times a day.
Keeping ur head straight & still, look up at the ceilingthem down to the floor. Do this also rapidly 8 times.
Without movig ur head,turn ur pupil to extreme right , then to the extreme left.
Sparkling, beautiful eyes r 1 of the best assets a woman can have .
My advice to u is to pamper & indulge them unashamedly.
