| sohno app nein dusri thread mein to kaha tha ke app expert hain... obviously i know how to cook.. but i'm sure there are many things that i don't know how make... n would love to learn. but for now i really don't have any question about cooking.. but will surely ask when i have any

| well sawera... if u don't know how to make something.. n u do make it for the first time with someone's help.. then u know the next time when u make that thing.. then u'll definitely remember what/how much to put in! sohno... experts ke liye egg fry kerna 2 second ka kaam hai achi terha fry kerney mein koi problem nahin... ager app ko egg bana-na ata hai.. bas theek se fry nahin hota.. to egg ko pan per kuch dair aur rehney dia kerien.. simole!

| news flash; 21st century.. ranii, i can cook, its just that everytime i make somthin i just can not decide how much of it i should put..i dont know why, i always have to ask my mom,,n it annoys her lol

| khana khaney mein masla nahin hai to pakaney mein kiun? i didn't get that.. khair well sawera practice rahey to pata chal hi jata hai... bas andazay ke mutabiq daal diya kero... n trust me i strated out with this technique as well... and thank God zayada to nahin lekin kabhi kabhi yeh masaley weghaira kam ho jaya kertey they pehley pehley... but obviously i needed a lil help n my mom completed that part. okay people teach me something new.. i mean give me some new recipes that are very good n rarely found

| yara andazes r confusiin for me, i tried it n everytime its either too much salt or too less mirchains ![]() thats why i always ask my mom! orite ranii, can u make Faluda?? naam se hi munh main pani aa gaya,,lol coz i cant either,,i always tell my self i'll get the recipe n then forget.. chalo tum research karo! or phir banayen gey..

| faluda.. i really don't like it that much but it's fine for me. k i found two of them n i think both of them are easy enough to make.... try which ever way you want to I. FaludaRecipe Ingredients Pre-boiled spaghetti (unsalted) 2-3 scoops of Vanilla or Pistachio ice cream 1/2 cup cold milk Rose syrup or Rooh Afza (according to taste) Crushed ice .................................................. .................................................. ... instructions A few Tbs. of preset Jello(optional) Assorted fruits chopped(pineapple.peaches..banana....etc)(optional ) Assorted dry fruits (optional) Take a tall, wide-mouthed glass. Add all the ingredients in a layered form. Serve chilled. .................................................. .................................................. ... II. Ingredients: 1 cup corn flour6 cups water- - ice water- - crushed ice How to Cook: 1. Make kulfi. and keep frozen. Make faluda: 3. 1. In a medium heavy based skillet stir together water and corn flour until dissolved. Put the corn flour mixture on low heat and stirring constantly, bring to a boil. 4. 2. Simmer the mixture for 8-10 minutes and then increase the heat to medium and cook until the mixture is very thick, about 15 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan. 5. 3. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and tightly cover with cling paper or aluminum foil to prevent the scum forming on the surface. Keep aside until warm. 6. 4. Fill the faluda machine with corn flour mixture and press the faluda into ice cold water. Alternatively fill the piping bag fitted with a writing piping nozzle and squeeze long threads into a large bowl filled with ice cold water. Cover and refrigerate until use. 7. To serve faluda: 8. Arrange 6 soup bowls in a tray, add two scoops of kulfi into each bowl and then top with 2 tablespoons of crushed ice, 4 tablespoons reserved milk mixture and 3-4 tablespoons of faluda threads. Sprinkle crushed pistachio and serve immediately. This recipe serves 6 people. Preparation Time: 10 minutes. Cooking Time: 30 minutes. Serving Options: Serve Cold

| ok so the first 1 is not alot of work i'll try that one.. i dont have pistachio ice cream n rooh afza or rose syrup, i'll get that soon isnt rose syrup wat we call aark in urdu??
