 *Eye Care For Computer Users  Don’t work on a computer for long hours at a stretch. Take short breaks in between. Take a stroll outside in the fresh air for a few minutes. Observe greenery and all green things around. Green color is said to be soothing and relaxing to the eyes. This will give your eyes, the much needed rest. Exercise your eyes. A very simple and easy way to exercise your eyes at work is to keep your eyes closed and then roll your eyeballs both clockwise and anticlockwise for a minute. Then open your eyes and get back to work. It serves as a good workout for the eyes. During breaks, splash water on your face while closing your eyes. This has an overall relaxing effect on the eyes.

good tips sis, i do have these in the back of my head lekin jabh bohat zayada kaam ho to yeh sabh bhool jata hai
