Chinese eat anything

its an email which i received from one of my friends

they do eat everything coz i have been living in Hong Kong for all my life.. they also eat things that are raw..they eat frogs they eat, dried lizard.... the worst thing is that they love to eat pork(pig's meat) which add in every single dish... if i wanna buy a fishstick in a box it contains some pork in it....we here all the time have to read the ingredents..
thanks to the govoverment here.. it has a law that every food item should contain all the ingredients.... there are few ingredent which are in chinese or even missing some ingredents in it which are coming from the fake brands..... they eat the most smellest things.. its really difficult to walk in the market with all that yucky discusting smell around.. there are a few chinese who dare not eat those smelly.
they not only eat four legged animals but also eat cocroches and lizards , they use them in thier medicines..they use alot of things in the Chinese Medicine.. believe it or not!
