i would suggest that there whould also be some diference of color against the posts between 7000 to 15000, Green is not looking good so far, I suspect it would also add attractive look if poster's colors be edited from green to some other,

Great change bhai..i also think ADMIN should be in BOLD red and as V bhai pointed out all MODS should be in a DIFF color..such as blue
