Wo mujhse mere aansuon ki wajah poochti thi…
Kitni zaalim thi baarish ke barasney ki wajah puchhti thi,

Wo mujhse meri pasand ke baare mein puchhti thi…
Kitni paghal thi khud apne hi baare mein puchhti thi,

Wo mujhse meri wafa ki inteha puchhti thi…
Kitni bholi thi sahil pe khadi Sumandar ki gehraai puchhti thi
